Richard Emerson Tull Jr. – Service on 12/22/20 at noon

Richard Emerson Tull Junior of Festus died Saturday at the age of 86.

The funeral service will be Tuesday at noon at Vinyard Funeral Home in Festus. Burial, with full military honors will be at Rose Lawn Memorial Gardens in Crystal City.

Visitation for Richard Tull Junior will be Tuesday morning from 10 until the time of service at the funeral home.
