Rock Memorial 283 and Hillsboro Prospects Will Resume Game Thursday

(STE. GENEVIEVE) At the American Legion District 13 Tournament in Ste. Genevieve, Rock Memorial 283 and the Hillsboro Prospects will resume their rain/lightning suspended game tonight at six o’clock.
Wednesday night, the two teams were in the fifth inning when weather put the game on pause with Rock Memorial 283 holding on to a 4-1 lead.
The winner of that game will then hang around to play De Soto SMCI at approximately 7:30pm.
That winner will then play Festus 253 in the championship game Friday night at five o’clock. A Festus loss would force another game because it is a double elimination tournament.
KJFF 1400AM and mymoinfo.com will broadcast the championship game Friday night beginning with the Flieg’s Equipment Pregame Show at 4:45pm.
