(CRYSTAL CITY) The champion of the Rolla “Duke” Herbert Classic at Crystal City High School will be decided tonight on AM 1400 KJFF as the top-seeded St. Vincent Indians take on the 3rd-seeded Scott City Rams.

The Rams beat Herculaneum in overtime of the quarterfinals on Tuesday and then defeated Jefferson in overtime as well on Wednesday.

Head Coach Mark Dannenmueller agreed that it’s been a wild couple of games and says that he is just happy to be in the final.

Indians head coach Bruce Valleroy has great respect for the Rams and knows that they have guys on the team that are a handful.

The championship game for the Rolla “Duke” Herbert Classic will tip-off at 8:30. Before that, though, will be the 3rd place game which will also be on AM 1400 KJFF, as it features the 2nd-seeded Jefferson Blue Jays and the 4th-seeded Saxony Lutheran Crusaders.

Blue Jays head coach Sean Breeze and his guys will have to deal with Saxony’s size.

Coverage of the Rolla “Duke” Herbert Classic’s 3rd place game and championship will begin at 6:45 on AM 1400 KJFF.
