Sargent Construction – Laborer

Job Opening – Construction Laborer  Our growing business is looking for self-motivated and hardworking individuals who like being outdoors and have an interest in construction.

The successful candidate(s) will be part of a construction team and will participate in duties that pertain to concrete, carpentry and metal buildings.
Duties for a Laborer:
 Work as a Team member
 Assist in concrete, carpentry and/or metal building construction
 Use power tools
 Follow safety policies and work safely
Qualification Requirements:
 Valid driver’s license
 Class E required after 90 days
 Pass pre-employment drug test using hair analysis
 Ability to lift 50 lbs.
 Able to work in heat and inclement weather
 Ability to understand instructions and learn
 Good attendance

Pay will be based on experience
Additional Desired Skills:
 Experience in concrete, carpentry and/or metal building construction
 Experience operating equipment
 OSHA or MSHA certifications
Job Type:
 Full time Monday thru Friday
 Occasional overtime may be required
