Saxony Lutheran and West County Move on in Class 3 District 2 Girls Semis

#1 Saxony Lutheran 66 – 35 #5 Fredericktown

The #1 seed Saxony Lutheran Crusaders advanced to the girls Class 3 District 2 championship game as they defeated the #5 seed Fredericktown Lady Cats 66-35 tonight in semi-final action on the MyMoInfo SportStream. Saxony Lutheran’s Emma Brune had our play-of-the-game with this record-breaking shot.

Linley Rehkop led the scoring for Fredericktown with 15 points and was our Applebee’s of Farmington player of the game.

Saxony Lutheran improves to 16-11, while Fredericktown ends their season at 7-19.

#2 West County 59 – 43 #6 Woodland

In the second semi-final game of the evening, #2 seed West County defeated #6 Woodland 59-43. West County took the lead early in the game and never looked back.

Dori McRaven was our Applebee’s of Farmington player of the game, leading the Bulldogs with 30 points.
