Scott Anthony Smith of Fredericktown died Thursday at the age of 62.
The funeral service will be Monday evening at 7 at the Cozean Funeral Home in Farmington.
Burial will be private at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.
Visitation for Scott Smith is Monday evening from 5 until 7 at the Cozean Funeral Home in Farmington.
