Seckman On Cole’s Tractor And Equipment Football Roundtable

(Farmington) The Seckman Jaguars joined the Regional Radio Sports Team at Applebees in Farmington for the Cole’s Tractor and Equipment Football Roundtable. The Jaguars are 4-1 on the season and defeated rivals, Fox, last week on the road. Head Coach Nick Baer says it was an energetic atmosphere in Arnold last Friday.

The Jaguars are led by one of the most electric young players in the area, senior quarterback Cole Ruble. Ruble has rushed for 985 yards and 20 touchdowns in the first 5 games of the season. The entire offense has put up over 2,200 yards and 42 total touchdowns. Senior defensive lineman Noa Isaia says it’s fun watching that offense go to work.

Defensively, the Jaguars have been stout as of late. After giving up over 60 points in Week 1 against Valle Catholic, the Jaguars are allowing only 8 points per game. Linebacker Mike Stivers says there’s so much chemistry on the defense.

Seckman will host Parkway South this Friday in a Suburban Orange conference matchup.
