Seckman’s Ruble diversifies game in return to football Dream Team

(Imperial) Junior quarterback Cole Ruble is one of the biggest reasons that the Seckman Jaguars continue to make history on the football field.

Ruble ran for over 2,500 yards and 30 touchdowns on his way back to the Regional Radio Dream Team.

But, while personal accolades are nice, he’s more pleased with the 14 wins his team has picked up over the last 2 seasons.

Ruble has been a running force since he took over as the team’s starting quarterback last year.

But he wanted to show he was the complete package.

He certainly made the leap as a passer, throwing for almost 800 yards and 13 TDs.

He says becoming more well-rounded was the focus of his preseason preparations.

But Ruble says he also had a lot of help that is still helping him to get better.

Ruble set the single-season school record for rushing yards and rushing touchdowns this year, on his way to already owning the career records for both.
