Second Hand Heroes in Crystal City Helps Those In Need

(crystal City) Second Hand Heros is a local non-profit with a 5013c status and provides free essentials and resources to anyone in need.
Valerie Lee is the Executive Director of the non-profit business. She says the operation has been up and running since 2019.
Like many in 2020, the COVID pandemic hit the business hard and the shop had the close. However, Valerie tried to continue operations from her home.
The shop is located at 113 Mississippi Avenue in Crystal City.
Business hours are Monday – Thursday from 10am until 3:30pm or by appointment.
Second Hand Heros is also accepting donations and even sponsorship’s.
