Senator Blunt Talks Possible Stimulus Package

(Washington) Congress is working on a stimulus package meant to help many Americans feeling the financial pinch from the coronavirus’s fallout.

Missouri U.S. Senator Roy Blunt says he hopes lawmakers can get it to the president’s desk next week.

Blunt explains why Congress is attempting to do this.

Blunt says Missouri adults with children at home could get another 500 dollars.

The plan could also include bailouts for certain industries getting nailed by the coronavirus, including airlines, hotels and others.
