Serious Injuries for Bloomsdale Man Who Struck Deer While Riding Motorcycle

(Bloomsdale) A man from Bloomsdale received serious injuries after he struck a deer Thursday night while riding a motorcycle.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, 30-year-old Brandon Moulton was riding his Harley-Davidson Sportster on Highway 61 north of Carron Road when the deer struck him and his bike.

Moulton had to be taken to Mercy Hospital South in St. Louis with serious injuries.

He was not wearing a helmet.

The motorcycle received extensive damage.
