Shared Blessings Thanksgiving Meal A Success

(Bonne Terre) Final numbers are starting to come in from last weekends Thanksgiving Dinner organized by Shared Blessings in Bonne Terre. Shelly Bess is the executive director of Shared Blessings. She says she’s ecstatic with the turnout.

Bess says a lot of people worked to put this together, but the real thanks goes somewhere else.

Nearly five thousand warm meals were served on Thursday and Friday throughout the area. In addition, thousands of boxes of food were delivered to those in need. A final number on those boxes is still being tabulated.
