Sigman in Last Season as Rock Manager

(IMPERIAL) Rock Memorial Post 283 varsity baseball manager Danny Sigman says he is stepping down from that role at the end of the season. Sigman has been part of the Rock program for over ten years and has been the manager for the past five years. Rock lost 13-5 to Festus Wednesday night. It is expected that it was Sigman’s last game to manage at Rock Memorial Field. After the game, Sigman said another coach in the program will take the reigns.
According to Sigman, it’s time to make a change.
Rock Memorial is scheduled to play Festus 253 again at 7pm on Wednesday July 5th at Jefferson R-7 High School and it is Rock’s last scheduled game before the District 13 Playoffs begin the week of Monday July 10th at Yanks Field in Ste. Genevieve. We will broadcast Wednesday’s game on KJFF 1400AM and mymoinfo.com beginning with the Flieg’s Equipment Pregame Show at 6:45pm.
