Slight Flu Increase in Jefferson County

(HILLSBORO) The Jefferson County Health Department says there has been a slight increase recently in cases of influenza. Health department spokesperson Brianne Zwiener says Jefferson County has noticed a slight bump in numbers.
Zwiener says in the county, three deaths from Covid-19 were reported this week.
According to Zwiener, the CDC and public health agencies keep close attention on data from the “respiratory season” which began October 1st and will continue through May 20th.
