Small Schools Rivalry Features Crystal City at Herculaneum Baseball on KJFF

(HERCULANEUM) The Crystal City Hornets and Herculaneum Blackcats meet on the baseball diamond today on KJFF for a Small Schools Conference matchup.
The Hornets are the road team, sitting at 1-9 overall and 1-3 in the conference. Despite the losing record, head coach Ricardo Pastrana feels like the team morale remains high.
The Blackcats are 7-2-1 overall and 3-2 in the conference. Herky head coach Zac Bone says this is a critical point in the season with two weeks before districts and his guys are looking forward to the stretch.
The Blackcats began the year defeating Crystal City 4-1. First pitch of the rematch is slated for 4:30 today. Pregame begins at 4:15 on AM 1400 KJFF.
