(Potosi) The youngest player on this year’s Boys Basketball Dream Team is Carter Whitley. The sophomore from Potosi averaged 20 points, 4 rebounds and 3 assists per game while shooting 47.1% from the field, nearly 37% on three-pointers and 82% on his free throws.
