St. Francois County Health Director On COVID and Halloween

(Park Hills) Halloween is this Saturday and lots of youngsters will be out trick or treating. Amber Elliot is the director of the St. Francois County Health Center in Park Hills. We asked her if she had any concerns about big crowds of youngsters out and about bringing with it another spike in COVID-19 cases.
There are now over 31 hundred cases of COVID-19 reported in St. Francois County.
