(Park Hills) There’s been a rapid increase in the number of confirmed cases of COVID-19 in the past couple of weeks in St. Francois County. Amber Elliot is the county health director in Park Hills. She says this latest push has put a real strain on the department.
As a result, Elliot says they are asking the public to do a couple of things to slow the spread.
In addition, if you have been withni six feet of a confirmed COVID-19 case for at least 15 minutes, to self-quarantine at home away from others for 14 after the last contact and monitor for symptoms. St. Francois County has now had over 500 cases of COVID-19.
