St. Francois County is Distributing Millions of Dollars Received from Coronavirus Cares Act

(Farmington) St. Francois County has received a nice amount of money from the federal government as part of the Coronavirus Cares Act.

Here’s Harold Gallaher, the presiding commissioner of the county.

Some of the entities who have been awarded these funds may see a delay in receiving the money from the county.

Gallaher explains why.

These funds are primarily going to St. Francois County businesses who have been impacted by the pandemic, to help keep them open.

Some of the funds have also went to schools in the county and other organizations.
