St. Francois County Set To Receive CARES Act Money

(Park Hills) This coming week is a big week for the St. Francois County Health Department in Park Hills. Director Amber Elliot says they’re hoping to get their CARES Act money from the state this week. She says that’ll be used to open a facility in Desloge to help fight the COVID Pandemic.
The health department received 584 thousand dollars from the state to help fight the pandemic. If all goes well, Elliot says they could be utilizing the new building in Desloge by the end of the month.
