St. Francois County Teen Injured in Accident

A Farmington male teen suffered serious injuries in a one-vehicle accident yesterday evening. The Highway Patrol says the accident occurred Southbound at Canterberry Road when the Juvenile attempted to turn right in his 96 Corvette, traveled off the south side of the roadway, became airborne, and struck an embankment. The 17-year-old was taken to Mercy Hospital South by St. Francois County Ambulance. He was not wearing a safety device.
