St. Louis man injured from motorcycle accident in Imperial

A single-vehicle motorcycle accident sent a St. Louis man to the hospital on Saturday night. The Highway Patrol reports that a Harley Davidson Fatboy driven by Joshua Rickly of St. Louis, was traveling westbound on West Rock Creek Road, when he failed to negotiate the curve and lost control, traveling off the right side of the road. Rickly was ejected from the bike, and the motorcycle came to rest after striking a tree. Joshua Rickly was taken by ambulance to Mercy Hospital South with serious injuries. The accident took place at 7:47 on Saturday night.
