St. Louis man injured in motorcycle accident on Route B in Jefferson County

(Cedar Hill) One person was injured in a one-vehicle crash Saturday evening in Jefferson County. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, a 2007 Harley Davidson XL1200C being driven by 23-year-old Seth Degonia of St. Louis was driving north on Route B south of Highway 30 when he slowed down and began to skid before losing control, overturning, and being ejected from the bike. Degonia sustained moderate injuries and was taken by ambulance to Mercy Hospital South for treatment. Degonia was later arrested for driving while intoxicated. The accident happened around 6:40 Saturday evening.
