State moves to Tier 1B with Covid-19 vaccinations

(Hillsboro) The State of Missouri has now moved to Phase 1B in terms of the Covid-19 vaccine. Jefferson County Health Department Director Kelley Vollmar says all of those decisions are made by the State Government.

The Phase 1B tier 1 for vaccinations include first responders and emergency personnel. Tier 2 includes high-risk individuals, and Tier 3 is for critical infrastructure personnel. Tier 3 includes those that work in child care, education, government officials, communications infrastructure, food and agriculture, transportation systems, and others.
