State Parks Director Hopes for Another Record Year for Attendance

(Farmington) Americans really loved visiting their state parks last year, including the Show-Me State where attendance records were shattered.

Missouri State Parks Director David Kelly tells Regional Radio that he would like to see another record this year.

Director Kelly would like you to try a new park or two this year that’s off the beaten path because some state parks are so crowded, you may not even be able to find a place to park.

Missouri currently has 92 state parks and historic sites. 23 of those are located in the Regional Radio Listening Area.
