State Representative Dale Wright of Farmington just completed his first two years in the state legislature and while no veto or special session has yet been scheduled, he believes both will happen. He says Governor Parson will have to take another look at the budget when the final numbers come in during a veto session.

Wright says there is encouraging news from the counties he represents.

Wright says the legislature could deal with a Wayfair tax in a special session. A way fair tax is where online businesses collect state taxes on purchases and pass those back to the state of purchase.

Missouri is one of only a few states without a Wayfair tax.
