State Rep Francis On COVID-19 Resolution

(Perryville) A Republican lawmaker from southwest Missouri is sponsoring a resolution that would immediately end the coronavirus state of emergency. State Representative Mike Moon from Ash Grove believes the virus was never a serious threat to health or safety. State Representative Rick Francis of Perryville has this reaction to the resolution.

The resolution says fellow Republican Governor Mike Parson’s declaration of a state of emergency was improper on the grounds that no natural or man-made disaster of major proportions has actually occurred.
