State Rep Francis On Medicaid Vote

(Perryville) The Missouri House Budget Committee has voted against funding for Medicaid expansion. State Representative Rick Francis of Perryville says he’s looking at both sides of the issue before taking a stand.

Francis says he wants to see where the money will come from.

The full house will discuss the matter next week. Governor Parson opposed the expansion but has vowed to listen to the voters and has proposed 1-point-9 billion dollars in his budget outline to make expansion a reality. Hear more with Francis below.
