State Rep Rick Francis On Sunday’s Storms

(Perryville) State Representative Rick Francis of Perryville is keeping a close eye on cleanup efforts in Madison County following Sunday night’s tornadoes. Francis represents Madison County and he says his heart goes out to his constituents.

Francis says he knows first hand the damage a tornado can do.

The republican says he has been in contact with the governor about help for the areas affected by the storms. He says the governor will assess the situation before making a determination about what aid is available.
