State Representative Francis On Special Session

(Perryville) Governor Mike Parson has announced plans to call a special session to address violent crime in Missouri. State Representative Rick Francis of Perryville says he understands the need.

A date for the special session hasn’t been announced. The governor would only say that it would be later this year.
