Ste. Genevieve School Sets Student Curriculum for Next School Year

(Ste. Genevieve) It’s a long process each year to approve the curriculum for the Ste. Genevieve School District.

The Board of Education gave approval to the curriculum for next school year during Tuesday night’s meeting.

Superintendent Dr. Julie Flieg says the curriculum process begins right after the school year ends.

Dr. Flieg says it’s not just teachers who set the curriculum….students and others get a chance to look at it too before it’s approved.

In other news from the Ste. Genevieve School Board meeting, Pre-K and kindergarten registration dates for next school year were set.

Registration at Bloomsdale Elementary will take place March 28th and Ste. Genevieve Elementary will be April 4th.

Times for both will be from 8 until noon.
