Stolen vehicles in Jefferson County still much lower compared to St. Louis city

(Hillsboro) While the number of stolen vehicles in Jefferson County has been increasing the last few years, the numbers are still much lower compared to other regions. Jefferson County Sheriff Dave Marshak says the stolen vehicle cases in the county pale in comparison to St. Louis City.
Official stolen vehicle numbers that are taken by the Sheriff’s Office not only include cars and trucks but also include motorcycles, ATVs, trailers, and boats.
