Teen Serious Injuries after Pickup Truck Crash in Perry County

(Perryville) A teenager from Perryville received serious injuries after crashing a pickup truck early this morning in Perry County.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the accident happened on ‘N’ Highway, just west of Perry County Road 816 when a 17-year-old juvenile crossed the centerline, ran off the road, returned back to the roadway and then skidded his Ford F250 off the other side of the road and hit a tree.

The teen was flown to S.S.M. Health St. Louis University Hospital with serious injuries.
