(PARK HILLS) The 63rd Annual Bob Sechrest Jr. Central Christmas Tournament gets underway on Wednesday. Regional Radios coverage will begin with the 8 vs 9 matchup in the boys bracket between the North County Raiders and the DeSoto Dragons.  DeSoto head coach Zeb Hammond feels like the offense is clicking at the right time.

Head coach of the Raiders Jimmy Palmer says his team has grown a lot since an early season loss to DeSoto.

Next the #4 Festus Tigers take on the #13 Crystal City Hornets. Festus head coach Jason Therrell has scouted Crystal City and says that they shoot the ball well.

Crystal City’s first year head coach Lee Richardson has highlighted Kobe Branscomb as a guy that the Hornets must shut down if they’re going to win.

The final game of the evening sees the host #5 Central Rebels square off with the #12 West County Bulldogs. Rebels head coach Adam Barton is hoping to see his team put on a good showing.

Bulldogs head coach Chris Labruyere says he hopes to have a long run in the tournament, one way or another.
