(IMPERIAL) The Battle of Imperial comes to AM 1400 KJFF Friday night with the 1-0 Seckman Jaguars making the short trip to Windsor to face the 0-1 Owls.

Seckman kicked off the season with a dominating defensive performance, earning the 27-13 win over Washington behind Bryce McKinnon’s three interceptions and Colton Critchlow’s forced fumble and recovery for a score. Going into the game against Windsor, there are still some things head coach Doug Baker would like the team to correct defensively.

Offensively for the Jags last week, running back Drew Campbell rushed for over a hundred yards and scored one touchdown. Coach Baker says the production offensively can’t just stop with Campbell.

Windsor struggled in last week’s loss to St. Pius by accumulating a little over 200 yards offensively and turning the ball over three times. 2nd-year head coach Alex DeMatteis knows he’s facing another tough defense in Seckman.

The Owls defense isn’t so bad either says coach DeMatteis.
