Three Injured In Weekend Accidents In Washington County

(Potosi) Three people were injured, two seriously, in two traffic accidents over the weekend in Washington County.

The highway patrol says the first one happened Saturday afternoon on Route E when a vehicle driven by Lloyd Conner of Potosi crossed the center line and hit a Dodge Dakota driven by a 16 year old juvenile from Potosi.

Conner was seriously injured in the accident while a passenger in his vehicle, Brandon Conner of Potosi sustained moderate injuries and was taken to Washington County Memorial Hospital.

The second accident happened Sunday morning on Highway C at Lovers Lane when a Toyota Tacoma driven by 32 year old Ryan Moyers ran off the road.

Moyers was thrown from the vehicle as it overturned.

He was taken to Mercy South with serious injuries.
