(Festus) Three people were injured in a two-vehicle accident on Highway 67 at Meyer Road on Monday afternoon. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, 22-year old Crishonda Chatman of St. Louis was driving a 2019 Ford Transit van and was stopped at Meyer Road at a solid red light. When the light turned green she began driving onto northbound 67 and was struck by a 2010 Chevy Traverse driven by 45-year old Denny Write of Arnold, who failed to stop at the steady red light. Chatman and a passenger in her vehicle, 32-year old Ryan Cooper of St. Louis, along with Write were all taken by ambulance to Mercy Jefferson with moderate injuries. The accident took place just after 1 o’clock Monday afternoon.
