Thursday fatal traffic accident

(High Ridge) A Cedar Hill woman was killed in a single vehicle accident on Highway 30 east of High Ridge Boulevard on Thursday afternoon. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, 75-year old Johnine Ellis was driving a 2012 Chrysler 200 west on 30 and traveled off the left side of the roadway and struck an electric traffic signal post. She was pronounced deceased at the scene by EMS personnel. The accident took place around 2:45 Thursday afternoon.
