Trattoria Guiseppe Now Selling Their Homemade Sauce And Dressing

(OTTO) Trattoria Guiseppe Italian Restaurant in Otto has been in business for nearly 18 years. One of their most recent ventures has been canning their famous Italian red sauce and their Italian salad dressing. Co-owner Grace Prezzavento says their sauce and dressing can be found at the restaurant and several other retailers.

Grace says the process of canning and bottling the items was quite taxing.

Trattoria Guiseppe is open Tuesday through Sunday from 3 PM until 9 PM and closed on Mondays.
