Twin City Chamber Christmas parade news

(Festus, Crystal City) The annual Twin City Chamber of Commerce Christmas parade is less than two months away. Tonda Breese is the Chamber Administrator and she says they have decided on this year’s theme.
Breese says the interest from the public is already there.
