Twin City Firecracker Extravaganza canceled

(Festus) After careful consideration, the City of Festus has canceled all community events scheduled for June. This includes the Festus Mayor Summer Cruise, Swinging Under The Stars…..and the annual Twin City Firecracker Extravaganza. Festus City Administrator Greg Camp says there were too many unknown factors.
Camp says the scheduled entertainment committing to the event was also in question.
The 32nd annual Twin City Firecracker Extravaganza was scheduled for June 26th and 27th is now canceled but will return in 2021.
