Two-Car Crash Sends 17-Year-Old To Hospital

(Jefferson County) A two-car crash in Jefferson County Monday morning sent a 17-year old female to the hospital. 30-year-old Grant Whemeyer was driving northbound on Route FF at Misty Edge Road, around 11 A.M., in his 2015 Chevy Silverado when he slowed for a vehicle that was turning and was struck in the rear by the juvenile female’s 2007 Honda Civic. The 17-year-old female was taken to Mercy Hospital St. Louis with moderate injuries.
