Two Hillsboro residents injured on Saturday

(Hillsboro) Two Hillsboro residents were injured in a single-vehicle accident on Saturday afternoon. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, 79-year old Robert Dittmaier was driving a 2013 Ford F250 along Route A at Morgan Road, when he traveled off the right side of the roadway, and struck a tree. Both Dittmaier and a passenger 78-year old Joan Dittmaier were taken by ambulance to Mercy Hospital South with moderate injuries. The accident took place a little before 5:30 Saturday afternoon.
