Two injured in a one vehicle crash on Highway 21

Two people were injured in a one-vehicle accident on Highway 21 north of Frussel Drive Friday morning. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the towed vehicle of a 2003 Chevy Trailblazer began to fishtail causing the Blazer to travel off the roadway and struck a tree. The driver of the Blazer, 34-year old Jeffrey Ratliff of Arnold, and a passenger, 38-year old William Harris of House Springs, were both taken by ambulance to Mercy Hospital South, Ratliff with minor injuries and Harris with moderate injuries. The accident took place a little before 6 o’clock Friday morning.
