Two Injured In Dent County Car Accident

Two Salem residents were injured in a two-vehicle car accident in Dent County on Monday afternoon. The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred on Highway 72, four miles north of Salem. 54-year-old Randi Fetters was slowing down in her 2003 Ford F150 in preparation for a left turn when she was rear-ended by 79-year-old Link Turner, who was driving a 2020 Ford Ranger. Both individuals were taken to hospitals via ambulance. Fetters went to Phelps Health in Rolla and Turner went to Salem Memorial District Hospital. Both vehicles were totaled.
