Two Injured in Washington County Accident
A three car accident left two people injured on Thursday afternoon. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, a Ford F-150 driven by 35-year-old David Wring of Irondale rear-ended a Ford Ranger driven by 21-year-old Dylan Declue of Mineral Point while driving on Highway 21 near Prospect Road. Declue’s truck ran off the right side of the road, overturned, and rolled into a Kia Sportage that was parked in a nearby lot. 30-yesr-old Alex Pruitt is the owner of the Kia, which was totaled after being hit on it’s side. Declue’s Ranger was also totaled, and Declue suffered minor injuries as a result of the crash. Wring’s truck suffered moderate damage. His passenger, a 14-year-old girl, was injured in the accident. Declue and Wring’s passenger were both transported to Washington County Memorial Hospital for treatment of their injuries.
