Two Injured in Washington County Crash

(Hopewell) Two people were injured Saturday afternoon in a motorcycle accident in Washington County.

The Highway Patrol says the accident took place on Stoney Point Road west of Laporte Road when a Honda Shadow Ace driven by 35-year-old Jeffrey Hedrick of Cadet ran off the road and overturned. Hedrick received moderate injuries but his passenger, 36-year-old Savannah Parker of Mineral Point received serious injuries.

Both were taken to Mercy Hospital South in St. Louis County.
