Two Men have been Arrested in Connection to Shooting at Imperial Area Home

(Imperial) Two people have been arrested and another is wanted for questioning in connection to a shooting that occurred at a home in the 7000 block of Albermarle Court which is in the village of Jefferson neighborhood in the Imperial area.

Jefferson County Sheriff’s Deputies received the call of the shooting just after noon on Saturday.

According to sheriff’s office spokesperson Grant Bissell, there was some sort of interaction between one person in the home and the three suspects before the shooting.

Grant says then the three suspects, two men and one woman, apparently left the scene driving a dark colored pickup truck.

The names of the two arrested have not been released pending formal chargers from the Jefferson County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office.

Bissell notes detectives are still awaiting to interview the male victim seriously injured in the incident before finalizing paperwork to send into the prosecuting attorney’s office for official chargers.
