Two Small St. Francois County Fires

(Desloge) St. Francois County fire departments had a busy Thursday. The Big River fire department responded to a house fire 103 North Waller in Desloge. Chief David Pratte says they got it under control pretty quickly…

There were no injuries. The Leadwood fire department responded to a shed fire at 1129 Main Street which they quickly extinguished. The DeSoto rural fire department was dispatched to help. And while they didn’t need to help put out the fires, they did clear some debris in the road along the way.
