(CRAWFORD COUNTY) The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has awarded funding for the Huzzah Creek Fish Passage Restoration Project in Crawford County. Cody Norris from the U.S. Forest Service tells us more.

This funding will be used to replace Sellers Bridge near Dillard and Coleman Bridge near Davisville. Norris describes the differences in the existing bridges and their replacements.

Norris tells us why fish passage restoration projects are important.

The Huzzah Creek Fish Passage Restoration Project is the first in Missouri funded through the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law.
